To enter the lucky draw, you just need to follow a few steps at Zodiac social media channels to get the chance to win a FLOS – Bellhop Cordless Table Lamp (Value: HKD 2000)(50 winners)!

You can sign up for the draw from 16 August to 26 September 2021, and check the details on Zodiac promotional website and Zodiac social media channels.

Steps:

1. “Like” & “Follow” post of “FLOSophy Here & Now” Lucky Draw on Zodiac Lighting Limited Facebook page or Instagram page during 16 August to 26 September 2021; and
2. Comment and Answer in the same post  “I think Bellhop should place in ______.”
3. Finish the above steps, remember to click the link and fill-in the form for Lucky Draw use.

The Lucky Draw will be divided into 6 rounds, the details as follow.

Terms & Conditions:

• The “FLOSophy Here & Now” Lucky Draw activity (The “activity”) is organized by Zodiac Lighting Limited (“ZODIAC”). The activity commences on 16 August 2021 to 26 September 2021, both dates inclusive;
• Participants must be holders of valid HKID cards and aged 18 or above;
• When participants register this activity, ZODIAC will collect the following data: name, mobile number, email address, first four digits of HKID card number, register platform, social media account name;
• The personal information provided will be used for contacting participants, announcing the winners list and identity verification during the prize presentation. All information collected will be used for the activity only, and will be disposed within three months after the activity ends;
• Participants must complete ALL three steps listed above on “Zodiac Lighting Limited” Facebook fans page (https://www.facebook.com/zodiaclighting) or “zodiaclighting” Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/zodiaclighting/) to be eligible to participate in the lucky draw;
• The closing time and date of the activity is 23:59 on 26September 2021 Hong Kong time. Submission received outside this time period will not be valid;
• Each eligible participants is only entitled to one lucky draw entry. In the event of participants joined for more that one time, only one submission will be considered in the activity;
• Each eligible participant can only be awarded once;
• The lucky draw results will be published on ZODIAC promotional website (https://www.zodiaclighting.com/news/) and ZODIAC social media channels (“Zodiac Lighting Limited” Facebook fans page (https://www.facebook.com/zodiaclighting) and “zodiaclighting” Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/zodiaclighting/)), and announced in South China Morning Post and Economic Journal on 29 September 2021;
• Winners will be notified via phone call. The winners of the activity must reply to ZODIAC with the required information within specific period to verify the identity of the winners for prize redemption arrangements, or otherwise the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize; If any of the information provided to ZODIAC is inaccurate or incomplete resulting in failure by ZODIAC to contact the winner for redemption of the prize; ZODIAC shall not be liable for any loss and will not re-issue the prize to the winner;
• All winners must redeem the prize on or before 30 November 2021 at ZODIAC showroom (G/F & 1/F, Amber Commercial Building, 70-74 Morrison Hill Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) in person or by authorised person. In the activity that a winner fails to collect his/ her prize before the deadline stipulated by ZODIAC, the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize. Late redemption will not be accepted. ZODIAC reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize. In the activity that the winner authorised another individual to collect his/ her prize, the representative must present a signed authorization letter and a copy of the winner’s HKID;
• All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other goods, or services in any circumstances. Prizes are subject to terms and conditions of the supplier applicable to them. ZODIAC has not given and shall not give any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, in relation to the prizes (including quality, performance, enjoyment, use or any other aspects). ZODIAC shall also not be liable for any losses or damages caused by or in connection with the prizes (whether it relates to quality, performance, after-sale or repair services, use or otherwise). Any enquiries, comments, complaints or disputes relating to quality of the prizes, supplier’s services or any matters concerning the prizes should be directed to the relevant prize supplier;
• Participation in the activity represents the participant’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the activity. For any individual who have participated in the activity implies they submit the entry voluntarily, and willing to bear for any risk and responsibility;
• ZODIAC might use the participant’s personal data for promotional or marketing purposes upon their consent;
• Facebook and Instagram is a third-party online platform, and ZODIAC is not responsible for the content or maintenance of these online platforms. All contents of the above online platforms are subject to their privacy policies. In addition to the terms and conditions listed in this article, participants are aware that the above third parties may have their own terms and conditions, and when participants use third-party online platforms or applications, they are deemed to be subject to third-party Terms and conditions are binding;
• If there are any delays, loss, errors, unrecognizable or damaged data sent by the participants and registered on the website of ZODIAC due to technical reasons such as computer or network, ZODIAC will not Take any legal responsibility, and participants must not have any objections;
• Staff, relatives (including parents, children and spouses) or personnel from ZODIAC may not enter the lucky draw;
